Anyone have the special flywheel wrench

Hey guys gonna try and finish my t2 swap and replace the clutch, trans, drive shaft.... anyway i have the flywheel wrench but its in arizona, i was wondering if anyone had one that i could borrow.. it makes life so much easier thanks guys..

I just rented a 52mm (2 1/8") socket from a rental company for $6.

sweeet.. mazdatrix i think makes a special wrench all it is is a socket welded to a bar but the thing works great i think last time i took out 2 breaker bars and then bought the wrench and it pretty much came right off. does anyone have the flywheel stoppers? thanks russian mob im still waiting for my diff mount but ill pm you when i need it thanks again

I got mine at Sears for $26 or so a year ago. The Sears web site has it for $32.99 right now.

I got mine at Tool Town in Tacoma, i think it was $25, but has epic win over anything you've ever seen... Too bad I cant snap a photo of it, cause SOMEONE is still "borrowing" it.

i have a socket, same deal got it from sears $26 + the 1/2 - 3/4 adapter so like $35 total, then i jsut use it on my 1/2" craftsman impact gun (rated for 680ft/lbs woop woop) takes like 2 hits to bust that mother off, if you got an air compressor ill drive down and bust it loose for ya

really your impact took it off. i have a nice ir impact but i though it would need more torque. maybe ill try that.. thanks guys..

its torqued at (dont quote me) 360ft/lbs my gun is plenty strong rated for 680ft/lbs IR's impact should get that, their usually rated pretty high

I used a 1000ft/lb+ 3/4" impact gun. took one try and buzzed that thing right off.
Good thing I have friends that work on tractors and need big **** like that..lol

I have access to A Mazda factory Flywheel Wrench and Stopper, Impact gun with Socket, Flywheel removal tool, and A Heavy duty torque wrench that will torque to 300 Ft. Lbs.
If you live in Vancover I would be willing to make the drive, if you would be willing to pay for gas and maybe a little to rent the tools. Let me know if you still need. Robert.

i might have to take you up on that robert. My brother said he was going to send it out today or tomorrow..... so that means hell probably get around to it next week hahaha... Im hoping to do the swap wed-thur my days off put i think i have to get my hands on a 2 starter and make sure the used clutch i bought is for the fc not fd. i remember the splines lining up but i wanna run the part number.
dizzy- the ir is rated at 780... its an asskicker
mort- it is no 3/4 though. tractor/ diesel tools pack a hell of a punch
