woohoo for the first Sonic's in WA. I hate their commercials. They always
advertise the best stuff, but the closest one I know of is in Oregon. Bastards!

yeah the spokane one was the first, I was in spokane the weekend that it opened and the regional rep was there.

Sonic it all about the drinks, they have some awesome drinks, and they do a happy hour every day where they are half off. The food is mediocre, its also drive in style and all the high school servers are on roller skates

an excuse to go to one for the first time. How do they
stack up against FatBurger?

The reason no ones goes to the on in Vancouver is because then there'd be *Sales Tax*, which is naturally abhorable ^_-

Hillsboro, Or has one.. with no tax

Anyone who drove from Vancouver to Hillsboro to save on sales tax for fast food would have to be an idiot. Thats like 6 dollars in gas to save 50 cents in tax.

lol, Touche...

But I think it's an Oregonian thing.. we fear crossing the river into The Land Of Sales Tax, so it seems many of us would rather drive from the east side to Hillsboro than to Vancouver ^_-

Yeah I go to portland for all my big purchases, we get the best of both words no sales tax and no income tax, but its not worth it anymore for the cheap stuff between time and gas.
