87 GXL -> leaking radiator?
Well, I got my project car started again today, and it idled after only a couple minutes of feathering the gas pedal, and it wasn't long before it was burning clean out the exhaust [about the time it idled ok - and by ok I mean it idled rough 775-900rpm]
Anyway, so I left it running for about 15 minutes or so, and then suddenly it started spraying coolant all over the place, it wasn't coming from the upper hose, and it didn't look like it was coming from the lower hose either. [I also checked the heater core hoses and they weren't leaking.]
it seemed to be coming from the bottom of the radiator.
Other info... There's white stuff [looks gooie] when I look into the radiator [it's been there the whole time], and I saw some of the same looking stuff on the fluid that was leaking on the ground.
The leak on the ground was about 1.5^2 feet, and running down the driveway.
pictures from earlier [I did have the air intake reconnected between these pictures and running the car today]

The air pump, AC and PS were still disconnected when I ran it today. [only the water pump/Alternator were hooked up.]
on the note of the alternator... it's funky [see picts], it's small and the guy I got the car from seems to not know what he was doing [the bolts holding it on the left side is actually just one bolt that's long and bent]
the voltage on the car while it's running varies between 12.3-13.8V
I just put new spark plugs into it [had to, to get it started], it needs an oil change badly, and a coolant change badly
So.. I'm wondering what to do from here. Should I take out the radiator and bring it [somewhere?] to have it tested? or go ahead and change the fluids?
On a much less important note, the passenger window doesn't roll down..
Thanks ^_^
