WA 86 fc build thread :) will take a few months

alright. i just decided to start a build thread so you can see progress as it happens instead of doing one at the end and you not having the awesome suspense as play by play : ). anyway here are some pics and what i've got going on

here are just pics of the car... as you've already seen maybe.

i took the bumper and dr fender off just to take a look at the condition of the frame and the core. did a lot of wire brush cleaning and all that. the engine bay is gonna get sanded down when the engine and all the stuff is out. i wanna repaint it but im not sure what color. maybe white. i like white. moving on.....

just about got the engine ready to come out. need to lift up the car at this point so i can get it detached from the tranny. engine mount are off and ready to be lifted. the wiring harness as you can see has been removed. im going to make repairs to some of the wiring then re wrap it all. once the engine is out im going to have to wait about 2 months to afford the rebuild. gotta replace the bushings on the tranny, rebuild it or get a new one LOL. im thinking of just getting a new tranny all together.. this one has seen its days. anyway.. i think its coming along nicely so far. just about 6 hours of work put in to it... which is a lot but with my crazy *** ADD taking over i try and do a few things at once and i get distracted by little things i notice haha. i'll post more pictures up later
