I have read you can get 4:30 gears out of a gxl or an older fc. I got a 86 fc and i need to know where I can get the 4:30 rear end for it. I live in bremerton but can travel and I do have money let me knoow if anyone has one for sale or knows of anyone else that has the rearend for sale. My cars a na car but i heard the 4:30 gears will work. let me know. Robert

 

4:30 only came in the GTUs.
good luck finding one of those.. (they are worth a bit more than any other rear end)
