Exclamation ~~Pineapple Racing~~

Does anybody know it they are still in business?? I'm having trouble getting a return call from them for the past 6 months or so. Not like Rob to do that. Any help would be appreciated.

you have tried for a long time to get a hold of them. I think its ridiculous that they are not calling you back. I used to have a LOT of respect for them, but they have pretty much lost all respect from me.

I sure hope they do you right, and this was nothing more then a fluke and an accident.

I know he has.
they are ignoring him.

it sucks, they are a high end company with a good reputation. they are not cheap either. you pay big bucks, in return you should get a quality product and customer service.

it's not like they are "bob's rotary" or something small time like that.

has anyone talked or delt with them in the last 4 months or so?

I have, once I get Rob on the phone, it's hard to get off.

Talking about rotaries is more fun than working.

Seriously though, if you can't get him on the phone, use email, he will
get back to you in a day or so.

Rob and Dan are great guys, just very busy.

Honestly, this doesn't suprise me at all. They are always slammed, and when a customer walks through their door, it seems that Rob drops whatever he is doing to talk/ share with that person. This is why the phone customers have a hard time getting a hold of Rob (he is always trying to play catch up... LOL)

I actually cut my visits down, because everytime I visit that cost them an hour in shop time. LOL

Exactly. I don't call Rob to bug him or shoot the breeze. Even though where friends, I don't bug him unless I absolutely have to. If I'm in no big hurry, I'll e-mail him. That way he can drop me a line when he has a free moment.

I've talked to Rob several times in the past two months. Even bought a transmission from him. Like everyone else is saying, try e-mail.

Rob is just a very busy man! Each time I drop by the phone rings about every 5 min. or so. Email is always the best for him.

Yes, Pineapple Racing is doing fine. I understand your frustrations not being able to get thru on the phone. Rob, Dan and myself are very passionate about the engines and products we sell. I myself have taken phone calls from racers and enthusiasts from Greece, Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand. Compound those calls with all of the people across the country, and well you get the idea.
Rob's expertise is obvious and we love giving advise / tech support but it's brutal trying to build engines and keep the doors open being on the phone all day.
Everyone in the know is right about the email thing! It's the best way to contact Rob and that way the poor guy can at least get some hours in working in the shop!
