Question Would the JDM 13b from a fc......

Hi everybody, I was just wondering if the JDM 13b-t from a fc3s rx7 in japan is better/quicker then the usdm "American" version of the 13b-t ? and would it be better to swap in a jdm 13b-t into a usdm fc3s ? thanks for the help
