Wiring help?

Hey, I'm new here, and it's my first post, sorry if I did it all wrong!

I'm a high school auto teacher and we got ourselves an 1986 chassis and a 1988 engine and harness. We have put a ton of work into the body and getting stuff in and settled, but we have run into a big snag when it comes to the electrical.

On the side if the fuse panel i believe it's connectors FR-01 and Fr-02, but there is another mystery connector i can't seem to find in any books so far. Our connectors are also quite different from the 86 to the 88 for this area, we just started the journey to get this done, but wanted to see if I could get some help or advice for making these two harnesses meet, or even if they are meant to.

thanks!

i'm not much on the 2nd gen stuff but maybe the manuals and wiring diagrams could be of some help.
