White smoke after oil/coolant change
Hello everyone. So I just bought an RX7 FD earlier this week. Everything seemed to check out fine and it ran like a champ at the used dealers. I went through all the steps of what to look for from what this site offered. It even has a new engine in it that was installed by a Mazda shop in the area.
Well I am following one of the links from here about changing fluids, fuel filter, ect. So yesterday I changed the oil and today I changed the coolant. After I did this and was told to run the engine for a while then "burp" it, I noticed there was a lot of white smoke coming from the exhaust. (It might have been a touch blue, but it was getting dark by then so I am not sure.) I didn't notice any smoke from yesterday when I changed the oil, but I didn't check either. It started to blow more white as the engine was warming up. I quickly shut it off and ran in here to ask what I should do. I'm shaking in my chair hoping I didn't break something while writing this.
Some background details just in case it helps; the engine seems to run smooth but has a small stumble, but not enough for me to know if it's normal for rotary's to do that or something is wrong. I spilled a little bit of oil yesterday while pulling the oil filter off, but I figure that is normal. (I did clean the oil off as much as I could.) Also while I was draining the coolant, my car was at an angle so when it was finishing draining it hit the plastic guard and drained off either side of the guard with a nice sided puddle. Not sure if that would cause something. Also, I tried my best not to spill ant coolant when I was filling it up but I did spill as it filled up faster then I thought it would, could this be causing the problem? When I did refill it, it only accepted .5 gallons of coolant and .5 gallons of water… I thought it should take a little more then 2 gallons.

When I was looking into it at the dealer I brought in a boost gauge, looks like when we took that off he didn't plug the hose. I plugged that and was able to add a whole lot more water and coolant after it sat for the night. It seems to be better, but now I am not sure if it is white because of the 20-40 degree weather in the area or cause there is a problem.
Thanks, I will research on how to check the turbos out. I know the prior owner changed the turbos from sequential to parallel, not sure if that makes a difference.
