MD White Powder in Exhaust

I have replaced stock exhaust manifold with a RB header when i pulled the manifold off there was a white power all the way down to the C converter. it does not rub off easy has no smell.. looks like a power coating... Did not have any problems with the motor before i started working on it any ideas??? its not a big deal just want to make sure there are not any problems!!

It is a byproduct of the combustion process. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Light colored deposits are from "lean" operation. Whenever you're cruising, the ECU will be in closed loop operation, which keeps the mixture right around 14.7 (Stoich.). As I said before, it's normal.

Also, if the gauge you ordered is a narrow band (the $50 kind that uses your stock O2 sensor), it won't tell you much. Only a wideband sensor/gauge can tell you exactly.
