Do not worry.
It is a normal thing to see what they call "lung mustard" on the filler cap of the Oil tube.
It is Condensation film. The engine heats up and cools down and it creates a little condensation. It mixes with the oil vapors and shows up as that "White Goo".

This happens mostly when driving short distances. If you drive for longer periods en the engine heats up really good it has to go away.

It's worth making a quick check of your purge valve just to make sure it is functioning properly though. Only takes a few minutes. The procedure is in the Haynes/FSM.
