Do i need this attached?
I've removed the heat soaker stock intercooler and installed a FMIC still running stock computer and AFM with a pod, there was a big hose that connected from the intake manifold to the stock air box but now i have no where to run it into... help
when the car is turned on i've noticed that the hose sucks in air so is it ok to just leave it disconnected or do i have to somehow connect it to the pod or can i just put a mini filter on it? any suggestions would be a big help because i use the car everyday thanks.

yes i have been getting some idle problems do i have to run it back into the piping before the AFM or after that?
I've purchased an apexi filter with an attachment to it when i get it ill attach it to that but for the mean time can i just put a mini filter on it?I'm guessing it will be better than just sucking unmetered air?
Is it ok to drive or am i going to have some problems, what can go wrong?

thanks,i understand that i was just asking what would go wrong and if its bad for the engine to run it without it being connected etc. can you explain why its bad?
I've put a mini filter on the end of it and when i get the new proper one thats in the picture i'll connect it to that one.

Air is entering the system which has not been metered with the AFM. That will throw A/F ratios all out of whack.
ANY air entering the system (BAC, BOV, etc.) needs to be connected AFTER the AFM.
