Whine or screech at high rpm

My car makes this loud screeching sound when it hits about 4500 rpms. The weird thing is it only does it when it's been warmed up. I'm wondering if it could have anything to do with the fan clutch because my fan has been a little iffy. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

Check the obvious first. Damaged belts, alternator bearings, etc.
