Lightbulb 94 RX7 Twin Turbo Intermittent Starting Problems

I have a 3rd gen 1994 RX7 twin turbo. I had a starting problem and after researching this site discovered a solution to jumper the interlock switch on the clutch. That seemed to work but now the car will start and when I drive it to the store it won't start when I come out. About 30 minutes later it will start. It seems I solved one problem and I am now dealing with a 2nd problem. While looking at the service manual I wonder if it could be the starter relay? In the beginning it was suggested to put a new starter on the car so the starter has been replaced. If it is the starter relay where is it located in the car? Any help & suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Offhand I don't have your answer because I'm not really good with troubleshooting start issues.

You can use the factory service manuals to determine where the starter relay is hiding:
