Where is the Fog / Caution Light Fuse? 3rd gen

Where is the Fog / Caution Light Fuse? 3rd gen
I seem to have blown the fuse, but can't find it... Anybody know where it is? I'm assuming under the steering wheel, but none of them are labeled.
