Where to buy parts

I am new to the RX7 club and I was wondering if there was a website (or two) that is good to know about when buying new and/or used parts for my rx7?

I live near Minneapolis/St Paul and I would also appreciate knowing about any local new/used parts dealers that I should consider using.

I am currently working on rebuilding a 5 speed transmission for my '83 12A. As I complete this task I will be moving to carborator, brakes, and shocks etc. I expect to eventually go through the whole car.

Your local Mazda dealer is often a good choice, and Mazdatrix.com is also a good choice for new parts.

I have already gone to my local Mazda dealer (trans parts) and I struck out. On your recommendation I will continue to try them as I progress through my project car.

For a lot of stock parts, try www.rockauto.com

For aftermarket, performance, or better built parts this is the place: www.re-speed.com
