WA whats wrong with my FD?? help!

ok, let me begin with what i have. 1994 rx-7 touring, manual tranny, with 90000 miles on it.
let me begin with what i know.... 1)the air-pump is dead, i can hear it. 2) it has a racing beat exhaust, a down-pipe, and an engine dampener. 3) boost gauge and oil temp gauge( oil temp gauge doesn't work though)

now whats happening....1) my oil pressure gauge at idle is really low, like 15-20. some guy i work with said that at idle, the oil pressure should be atleast 40.
2)when i accelerate in 2nd gear at WOT, it pulls hard, hiccups, then continues pulling hard until i shift into 3rd, then it does the same thing and etc. 3) when i push in the clutch when i'm stopping, the RPMs dip to about 400-500 before raising to about 800-900, where they should be.

can anyone try to offer an explanation for me? i also want to either bypass the air-pump or remove it. and i know i need to get it tuned. i think i have a fuel delivery problem. i run valvoline 10w-30 oil btw
thanks, zach
