NY Little help :]

Ok so i bought a 1993 Twin turbo rx7 about 2 years ago absolutely love it. But about a month or so ago i noticed something different in my oil. Talked to a friend and looked on the net. Found out its and apex seal leak, So i was wondering if anyone could give me a direction where to go to get it fixed this spring. Was looking for a local tuner or mechanic that could to do the work for me. I live around the Saratoga springs area in New York.

Usually when you loose a apex seal, you loose the motor. Perhaps you mean a side seal?

Yea then its the side seal since the engine still runs fine. Still sorta new to rotary engine wear n tear but i am learning fast. Just don't have the time to learn how to tear it apart and rebuild it with school and work.

welcome to the board.

not really sure how your friend went from "something different in your oil" to "blown apex seal", so i think so more background info or current symptoms are in order.

what was different in your oil?
what are the symptoms you're having now?

Car runs fine I have changed the oil multiple times, The oil is Mobil one full synthetic. Ok the oil looks like milk chocolate frosting, Like i said the car runs fine i take it up to 6,000 RPMs without a problem and goes through all the gears without a problem. Ill be honest i don't know a lot about trouble shooting rotary engine problems.
