What transmissions fit a S4 TII?

Just like the topic says, I need to know what vehicles I can pull a transmission from that'll fit my '87 Turbo II.

I tried searching with several different variations on the search terms but came up blank.

The question is why? I don't know of any besides FC and FD transmissions, and the TII transmissions are the best of the bunch anyhow.

Then you'll need to wait for that TII tranny. The NA tranny takes a different clutch, flywheel, starter and driveshaft yoke. The pinion flange on the TII differential is also different from the NA's so you would need a custom driveshaft to run an NA tranny and TII diff.

There's no real point in wasting time/money adapting something like an NA transmission, when you can just get a TII transmission in the first place.

I was asking what other vehicles I could pull a transmission from, in case the local pick 'n pull doesn't have any FCs with transmissions. Sorry if I didn't make that clear enough.

I need to get this thing on the road ASAP because I'm about to take a sledgehammer to my other vehicle to vent my frustration with *that* POS

first of all relax. and nothing else will bolt right up. anything is possible with alot of work. you can mount an rx8 tranny and have a 6 speed. but that takes time and money plus alot of work. wait for a t2 tranny look in the for sale section. trannies go for 100 dollars or so.

So the transmission's *not* an M5OD or any other such model that's shared between different vehicles (or even different auto makers)? That's.....unusual. I know Ford used Mazda 5-speeds, but I couldn't find any info on what model was used in the RX7s, which is why I was asking
