What part is this called? (engine nut with thingy)



Right under the upper intake manifold on the side of my s4 rx7...


Sorry, it connects to the air control valve via wires. Is there a way I can buy this piece separately? It is really old and unusable...

its some type of solenoid for the acv, I would think you can buy it separate

90 bucks?..holy crap..my car must be worth 50G's!

If you wanna save cash then try seeking out a used ACV..OR delete the thing all together.It's not really important unless you need to pass a visual emissions inspection.

But keep in mind if you delete the ACV, you also must remove the cats, air pump, disable most emissions components...
