See the FAQ for how to buy guides. The FAQ is the FIRST PLACE you should check before asking any question.

If you can get it to a shop before buying, compression test it,check for carbon build up.Make sure your not burning oil or worse coolant. If you have the cash it's worth it.How many miles?--- There are a lot of good shops in FL,pinapple racing, petit racing, banzai racing, rotorsport in N.carolina(kinda out of the way) S4 have mechanical omp, I've been told they work better but always good to make sure your getting oil.----- I read lot

Check gauges, Mine has a broken oil pressure guage. Give it a drive, turn the radio off and just listen to the car. If you hear weird sounds, bargain, or don't buy it. Soon you may get another member who will post a link to aaron cake's website that has a really helpful guide to buying a FC Rx7, its long buy helpful. Good luck its could be totally worth it!!
