MI What Coilovers should I buy for my FD?

Are the Tein any good? Has anyone used them? Is there a better option? Any input is welcome.
Thanks,
Jeff

I'm happy with my TEIN Flexes, though I might have preferred if they had rubber upper mounts instead of the (steel) pillow *****, but then again, the car does handle well. The ride isn't harsh as long as you don't adjust the dampening more than half way, and it makes the stock suspension seem sloppy be comparison. The dampening is 16-way adjustable (which is more than enough), ride height and spring preload are easy to adjust, and they're still green and black i.e. no rust. Driving 90 mph over a lumpy freeway doesn't make the car feel unstable - not that I would ever drive above the speed limit, of course. Otherwise, I'd recommend staying away from anything under about $1200.

Tien makes some decent suspension.. just stay away from the bottom line. Like their basics or streets. Flex is a really good coilover.

I've had Zeal B6s on my FD for about 2 years of mixed street/track driving and I love them.

You didn't say anything about how you drive the car. Just on the street? Track? Autocross? Combination?

If you want flexibility consider a GROUND CONTROL kit with a shock of your choice. http://www.ground-control-store.com/...tion.php/II=42
They offer any number of spring rates and of course, you have height adjustability. I've run their kits for years and no issues. Reasonably priced IMO.

I will be using the cars for autocross track days drag racing in street driving. I have a budget of about 2000 dollars

Has anyone tried Megan coilovers? They would be used for street driving.
