Question Warm Idle problems...

When i start my 94 FD3s it does the standard high idle to warm up than drops to 800ish and runs just fine. i dont have any problems with the idle when shes moving but when i come to a stop the idle drops to 400-500 and sometimes will die unless i give her a lil gas... im told there is a list of things that could be causing it... but for whatever reason the only parts im told are air filters (new) and gas.

i just bought the car a lil over a week ago and the motor was replaced around 15k miles ago.

any input would be greatly appreciated!

Could be a few things:
- dashpot
- throttle body air adjustment screws
- Throttle Position Sensor could be out of adjustment

3rd gen faq has threads on all of these topics. Give it a read:
