88 vert all stock NA. after the morning warm up and driving a few miles, the idles bounces around 300-400rpm. where's the first place I should check.

I seem to have a similar problem. My low idle usually happens after i go a few miles and stop the car. then get back in and start the car, low idle. not quite as low as you are seeing but it does bounce like you say yours does. I too have an 88' vert na. let me know if you come accross any answers.

 

The BAC should prevent the idle from dropping below 750 rpm. Also, make sure the Initial Set Coupler is not jumpered.
