Vacuum delay valve?
i bought this 88rx a few days ago, it runs good but on idle after it gets warmed up it wond go under 1800rpm according to the guage. I found this vacuum hose with what looks to be a delay valve line broken off(see attached picture) couod this be causing this high idle? And can i just delete that thing with just a solid vacuum line? Thanks
