uneven camber

So I have an '88 fc with megan street coils and its pretty low... When I purchased the car, it had a bent rear passenger wheel and the previous owner stated that he was drifting and smashed the wheel into a curb. I did not notice anything until about a week ago when I started my turbo drivetrain swap. I have a lot less negative camber on that passenger side than the right. The inner arm on the passenger rear control arm is bent, if I replace the rear control arm should that help it or even out the two sides? just looking for any ideas as to what could have bent or been broken. and btw, It has probably been this way for a while since my tires are DEFINITELY wearing unevenly....thanks!

Replacing the control arm should fix most of it but may not fix it all.

Replace the control arm first
