Twin turbo
To get the most power just increase boost. I don't recommend it though because you'll soon run out of fuel supply, run lean and/or overheat. Either way you'll be rebuilding or replacing the engine and turbos very quickly.
There are steps to take for a RELIABLE increase in power and just about all of them start with cooling. I'm probably making just short of 300 at the wheels. Maybe 75 to 80 whp better than stock and pretty close to max that you can do safely on the stock fuel system. You can decipher my sig to get an idea of how I did it.
