Twin spooling problems bad change over
1992 JDM FD3S. 60k on motor from factory.
Few things about the car before i get into this. Its a little hard to start so im thinking i might have a warped apex seal? Anyway I have been fighting this problem for a long time but i finally have some solid data to go off.
If i pull WOT from first or any gear the second turbo will not spool. although if i am in second gear and give it just under half throttle it will spool and go though its normal 10 8 10.
I changed the actuator as well as the two turbo control solenoids.
what are options when it comes to fixing this.

I have read a lot of threads that pertain to a bad hose coupling that prevents boost of the secondary turbo..makes the car run like poop.

Have you read and worked through the common troubleshooting steps for the twins?
Turbo / Boost Problem Troubleshooting
What's your boost pattern like when there is an issue?

Yeah i have worked through mostly all of that i know i dont have any leaks or anything also i can get it to spool no problem if i and 30% throttle and start below 3000 rmp. it kicks in great. but i think after doing some research last night i am going to do the Non-Sequential Conversion... seems like the best option and less problems down the road as i will be going single after a year or so. plus i need to pull the motor to freshen it up because its all original from factory.
sadly i dont have a working boost gauge but i just bought power fc so i will be getting one soon
