Turbo II and N/A mixing parts for high CR turbo beast?

Here's my situation at the moment, i am in the process of rebuilding 3 engines, a B16A, A 13B S4 N/A and a S4 TII engine.
Lets start with the N/A, I got this car as a partial trade for some repairs I did on a Galaxy 500, long story short the rear rotor has no virtual compression. I have the engine undergoing the infamous ATF treatment just for the Lulz although I might have gassed my neighbors and the dogs.
I have high hopes that the rear seals will pop out back in to place or some miracle like that, although not really concerned.
Now the TII, I bought this engine with plans of making a sweet turbo FB RX-7 but after looking at the cost of refurbishing the whole car I ditched the plan and tried to sell the engine. I was told it ran before it was pulled, this guy used it for drifting
Any ways, I was not worried if it was blown that much since I am going to rebuild any ways. but for grins I did a compression check after seeing that the turbo had broken fins and all of the apex seals are there and in one piece ( as far as i can tell from the exhaust ports) I turned the engine and the front rotor gives me a solid Psst, Psst, Psst but the rear is more like Psst......Psst..psst or something like that, which makes me think the side or corner seal might, so this engine is undergoing the ATF treatment as well and so far it seems like the pulses are getting better on the rear and front rotor.
So here's my question what would you do, all input greatly appreciated.
Use the N/A rotors in the TII block to yield higher compression (I know, I know...The Tune) or keep the TII rotors in place (They look a bit rusty from the exhaust port, it was sitting for a year.) ????

As you eluded to, using the NA rotors in the TII engine with their higher compression will make more power with less boost, increase turbo response, drive better off boost and make more torque down low.
However with the higher compression they are harder to tune and a mistake is more likely to be fatal. If you have not tuned a rotary before I'd say just to build the TII engine with the low compression turbo rotors.

Any ways what I think I will do is be more inclined to use the TII rotors since I have never done a tune (I am learning slowly) just to keep things safe. On the other hand if the TII rotors are not usable for any reason, then I will go with the S4 N/A rotors.
I remember seeing somewhere that, and just in case I have a damaged housing I should be safe mixing in the best parts between the TII and the N/A is this right?

I use s4 9.4:1 rotors in my mystery port t2 block. I ran it last season on stock s4 ecu, injectors, ported s4 turbo, stock fpr, walbro, 3in dp to 2 1/2 straight pipe. I never ran boost over 9 psi and ran it all yr with no problems(6 drift events) And as Aaron stated, its made great low end power cause of the quicker turbo response.
I now have have a Stand alone ecu setup and will be getting a tune at the end of June. I wanna make as much power as possible on a ported s5 turbo. Ill be using a tuner that should be able to make some nice numbers. Ill let ya know how it works out.
