Need more info.
What do you mean turbo dies at 4000RPM?
No more boost? Can you hear the turbine spinning in response to engine load?

Thx for the reply MIGHTY but truly said i really dont know k is it turbo or some thing else, one says its the crank sensors and the other says its the secondary injectors? or is it the high temperature coz now a days weather is very hot here in karachi (Pakistan), after few runs engine temp rise rapidly to 90c after tht i hv to shut it down for an hr or so. today i ll try to make a video of it so tht u guys can check and tell me which i might not able to explain it properly.

regard

My first thought was heat soak after reading your first post.

If you engine light is on, any tripped codes might give clues if you can read them.
Here's link to get codes: http://www.fd3s.net/engine_codes.html

Without more information though, it's really hard to diagnose.
The least you can try is to post a video showing tachometer with good sound. It needs to show a comparison of when it's running as expected and when it's not running right - same acceleration test.

The tachometer will tell us when the problem initiates and the sound MAY give clues to the issue.

might want to post a video to help us see the issue.
