Hey guys and gals I just bought a 87 turbo 2 and the motor is removed but all electrical harnesses and everything is in there still I hooked up jumpers to the two big battery terminals and nothing worked electrical, I just wanna seee that power windows and ect..... work when i connected the two smaller connections hooked onto the battery terminal harnesses a cooling fan came on, is there anything i need to know in this situation any way you know i can see if electrical works??? thanks alot appriciated

 

u really need to connect it directly to a good battery.

 

and then it should all work like lights interior lights ect ??????

 

If the engine harness is present and grounded under the trailing coil, yes. Check engine bay and interior fuses if something doesn't work.

Ok it is grounded and nothing is still working all fuses good but anyways there are two other big gaged wires that lead out of harness that the big clap connections for battery do and when i connect them the radiator fan comes on and the wipers worked but lights and everything else inside did not it was makeing a consitant tone inside the car that i think usualy beeps
