tuners in the pnw?

Anybody know of any rx7/rtek tuners in the Pacific Northwest? Getting terrible mileage and know there's more power hidden in this thing

Im not sure if he does rotary stuff i know hes a big honda guy but his name is brian cain. Stay away from this guy he will rip you off 3 ways from sunday.
