Troubled turbo II

hello, well im gonna get straight to it i bought an 87 rx7 turbo II, the owner before me pulled off parts one was the main fuse block and this little black box on the left side above the wheel well im not sure what its called but i put a battery in to see if it would do anything to my suprise nothing, there is no power from the battery to the car no electronics are working. There are wires that are cut by the fuse block in engine bay not to the block, not the battery connectors but around that area but not sure what they are help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Without the main fuse box, there will be no power to the car.

Replace the box.

Can you take pictures of the area with the other missing box on the left side?

Look at the underhood fuse box in the link supplied. If that is removed/disconnected then to run the car you at least need the 1st (COMP), 2nd (INJ) and 4th (Main) fuses connected (when looking at the fuse box from top to bottom).
