IL Transmission sticky in reverse

Just got an '91 coupe, 135k miles, 5 speed.

When I try to get out of reverse it needs a hard push to get out. Goes in reverse just fine, just need a lot of power to get it out.

All other gears shift somewhat fine.

Any ideas on what it could be?

Thanks

other gears seem fine. reverse is the only issue pretty much.
