Not sure if my tranny is bad but sometime when I shift to 5th gear there's a clicking noise and I feel it.

 

Your profile doesn't list the year for your FD but 93s were known to have a weak 5th gear synchro. The fix was replacing it with a stronger version along with a stiffer shift select spindle. Search the 3rd Gen FAQs for links and info to see if that's your problem.
