Tranny done? Video of issue. Good idle & running
1996 RX7 stock sequential twins, aftermarket intake and cat back exhaust. About 60k miles. Probably the stock engine. I got it for about $750 because it wouldn't idle very good and bogged down when at full throttle - all fixed
History-
Owned the car for a few months. I fixed the vacuum leaks and check valves replaced ( thanks again Dale) I had/have it running great. There has been some oil leaking I noticed in my driveway. But I just did an oil change ( yes i spilled ) and thought it might be residual drips from that. Oil level is still good. Have new gaskets ordered for the intake manifold so i can remove it clean everything up and finish swapping out the hoses for silicone. I am waiting on new plugs which should be here then end of the week. And lastly have a new fuel filter to install. Probably tomorrow if I can get it out to the shop for the lift.
So I go out to drive home from work the other night and I had to rev it to around 3k just to get the car moving. It was so weird. Then after I got going it was sluggish but got better. I could hear and feel the boosting, there but not the same. My first thoughts were about the brakes, stuck maybe..... Nope. Next I am thinking maybe fuel starvation.... Still waiting to replace fuel filter and plugs. But today I was playing with it and it seems like the clutch and transmission are the more likely culprits.
I made a video:
But am gonna have to upload it via the computer. Just realized that I can't do it from my phone
The video will show that I can put the car in gear and take my foot completely off the clutch and the idle barely jiggles. When it should lurch and stall. I can rev it pretty hard and barely move.
Hmmmm, could that have been tranny fluid on the ground? Is my tranny dead. I can get one at up garage for around $250 so it's not too bad.
Or is my clutch messed up?
I don't have much experience with the symptoms of either so I appreciate your expertise.
Thank you for you time and assistance.

I think it is the clutch. I am going to try to adjust it tomorrow. See if that makes any difference. Any advice is welcome!
