TPS / KS / MOP problem FD3S

hi! i had that 5000rpm/cut off 2500rpm/cut off/hesitation and super rich problem. so i fixed the oil problem and measured compression.. no damage there... i think my KS was attached to PS wire (yellow one near altenator was on PS and blue/yellow??was on knock) and otherway around because i had some kind of signal to my apexi and still it gave me code. anyway it feels now that its runnin better, but still no fix to that problem so, my TPS gave a code for me. TPS has power(+5v) and gives a signal im not sure witch one apexi measures but its about 0.9v when running and when i shut engine down it drops to 0.69. idk how that suppose to work but if i adjust it, it gives code for narrow range also...
i just thinkin am i stupid or what?... and the MOP sensor what is it? and what are the symptoms? i think my problems has something to do TPS or MOP sensor cause i belive i fixed the KS earlier... there was some Code earlier but it erased like no problem...

WHEN KS sensor was out of the game it smoked BLACK like diesel so if you have this problem you know.. and engine runs like ****.

Thanks advance.... i would go and buy that TPS but in finland we dont have any kind of aftermarket shops where is parts for my fd and it costs **** load of money to order something from ebay....taxes

but if someone knows what these two sensors do and if they are broken what are the symptoms. i would love to know

and btw i have minor exhaust manifold leak but its getting boost like no problem.. and they are in 0,5bar so.... not too much.

i found one thing that helped alot for engine missing power and idle... the grounding was bad. i added one ground line from intake (wireharness ground) to chassis and there it was. perfect idle... i got even possibility to adjust my throttle position sensor to right angle... but still... same 5-6k cut off...
