GA TPS engagement, s4 TII

I was testing my TPS off the car for dead spots, everything appears linear. However, the TPS is not is being fully pressed at idle and is being full depressed prematurely. Is this normal, or is there a way to fix this?

I understand the procedure of warming up the car and targeting 1V; I have already done that. My concern is that the TPS is not registering properly considering any more throttle applied after about 30% is fully depressing the TPS.
Resistance with my finger manually fully pressing the switch- approx. 240 ohms
Resistance fully depressed- approx. 5.7 kohms
Resistance at "idle"- approx. 2.4 kohms

Thank you for any help you can provide me with, I hope I have been able to convey my issue clearly.

The S4 TPS is not full sweep. The S5 uses two: one like the S4 and one full sweep.

Set to 1.0V with the engine fully warmed up, and you're good.

So it's totally normal for the TPS to be fully depressed after about 30%? It just seems weird to me.

I also have been testing my TPS. When disconnected from the car mine sweeps smoothly from 1Kohm resistance to 5Kohm, but when connected to the car it goes from 1Kohm to 2Kohm then immediately drops to 0.5Kohm all the way up to WOT.

I achieved these results on 3 different TPS', all if which work fine when disconnected from the car.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
