TO4Z oil return fitting question

TO4Z oil return fitting question
Hi i have a to4z im trying to get a flange for the return i have noticed that some kits have a circle hole or a square hole for oil passage does it matter which one i get?The turbo has a sguare but does it matter as i have found a cheap one online link attached below

I just went through this.
That kit does not have another flange to go to the engine so really you either need 2 kits or get another flange to go on that hose that they supply.
