Timing :::

need help on how to do the timing on the FC. seams strange with now teeth on the gears and such.. anyways really need the help get back to me.=))))

Rotate the engine so the yellow mark lines up with the pointer.

Remove the CAS, and remove it's cover.

Rotate the CAS so that the dimple in the gear lines up with the pointer.

Hold the wheel with your thumb and reinsert the CAS with the bolt in the middle of the slot. You may have to wiggle a bit.

Install CAS cover.

Start car and warm it up. Jump the initial set coupler. It must be running under 1000 RPM.

Put a timing light on L1 and then adjust the position of the CAS until the pointer lines up with the yellow mark.

Snug up bolt.
