Throttle Body question

'88 FC SE N/A...

Is there an O-ring or a gasket between the throttle body and the dynamic chamber? I can't tell from the FSM or the parts catalog. If there's a gasket, I want to make sure I have one on hand before disassembling.

I think there is a plastic plastic spacer piece, but it shouldn't break when you take it off. I am not 100% sure though, its been a while since I have looked at an S4 n/A manifold.

As farberio says, there is a plastic spacer between the two components. No gasket per se, although in essence, the plastic spacer serves as a gasket. When reinstalling it, you can put a little RTV on the surfaces--with emphasis on LITTLE. Do not cover up any of the holes in the spacer.
