This question Pops up more than Kardashian Videos.
Engine, you can use the s5 N/A harness with modification(lengthen some sensor wires).
Trans is up to you.You need the appropriate flywheel for the transmission and the starter, clutch slave.
You can keep the N/A trans and hope you don''t bust it,or get a TII trans(all the junk to go on it) and then a conversion shaft to go to N/a Diff..
OR get the TII diff and shafts.
SEE why this is a Pain to answer?too many alternatives.

That would be my recommendation. The conversion isn't worth the effort unless there is something very special about your car, such as an $8,000 paint job, or maybe it's a convertible.

The other option is to just enjoy the car as-is. The car was originally designed around the NA engine, and the NA cars are more fun to handle around town and on the autocross track.

Swaps are nice once all the details have been sorted out. As mentioned above, sometimes just easier to avoid all the sorting.
