Stipped hole

Hi, not sure where to put this and it may be a newb question anyway. I put racing beat front and rear sway bars on a few months ago. Just looked under the car for it's monthly puddle check (leakin everything) and one of the bolts came out of the sway bar mount brackets. It actually bent the bar mount. The bolt hole seems to be stripped out. It looks like the hole is some sort of nut plate on the inside of the frame. How do I fix this problem short of welding the bracket??

Ya if you can re-drill and tap it that's a good option. Otherwise look into heli-coil thread repair. I had to use these thread repair kits twice on my project.
