Which stereo system should I buy?
Hi all, as the title states, I am searching for a stereo system for my 1993 RX-7. My RX-7 is completely stock and still has the old Bose stereo system with the cassette player and CD player. I am looking for something that has an SD card slot, AUX jack, and USB slot. It can be single din or double din. Thanks

My car's is non-bose, but I understand that the bose speakers were all individually amplified and I'm not sure they're very friendly with aftermarket. So if you didn't already plan for that, you may have to change out speakers and wiring too.
I'm old and not huge into audio, but you might want to do some searching in the Interior/Exterior/Audio section for more info

Just find the headunit that has the features ur looking for, each brand offers models that have the inputs your looking for although it may be.hard to find one with all of them, unless you get creative (sd-usb adapter). In my past experience the headunits don't make a big difference. Biggest difference is the price.

Start with crutchfield.com That way you'll at least get an idea of what fits in the car and what installation hardware you need. Then choose the deck that meets your needs and read-up on the reviews to see how people like their purchases. Crutchfield provides a solution for the Bose individually amplified speaker setup. They supply a additional wire harness pack that lets you integrate aftermarket decks with the factory system in the event you don't want to run to speaker wire.
