I recently put in shimmed eccentric shaft. started fine everything went smooth. pulleys line up. Next I sprayed brake cleaner to clean the oil pressure sending unit because my oil pressure wasn't showing up. Next day the motor is rotating but not turning over. Any suggestions on this? Wiring under sending unit compromised with the brake cleaner? What would be my troubleshooting steps here? New starter as well.
