starting problem

So I have a 91 N/A 13b convertible that I am stumped on.
The other night I parked it in the garage and it was running normally, then in the morning when I went to start it up it wouldn't fire. I have a Haynes manual and have been trying the troubleshooting section for my solution and haven't found it yet.

The car will turn but wont actually start. Naturally I checked for spark, fuel, air, etc. it has spark, the valve inside the intake right passed the filter is working, the main relay makes its clicking noise, and I do not see any leaks or open ends in vacuum or fuel lines. I replaced the fuel filter and pump, and it is getting fuel passed the fuel filter, but I do not have a gauge to measure it with.
I used a jump wire on the yellow plug next to the air box and turned it to on for 10 sec like the book told me to in order to prime it. I can hear the pump come on but it just runs and never shuts off. The book says this could mean a bad fuel pump but mine is brand new.
anyone have any ideas that might help me/ has anyone had this issue before?

The fuel pump will turn on w/key to on if the fuel check connector is jumpered which you have done. W/o the connector jumpered the pump will not turn on w/key to on. On an S5 you can press down on the throttle pedal w/key to on to deflood the engine. If this does not work you could unplug the fuel pump and spray a second of stater spray in the intake and try to start the car. If it starts up it will quickly die. Then reconnect the pump and try to normally start the car.

I have tried the deflooding procedures and no luck.
I also borrowed a pressure gauge from my cousin to check fuel pressure and it has plenty.
But now I am having another strange issue that I don't understand. While checking things I went to turn the key on and none of my idiot lights came on and a beep sound comes on 5 times and then seems to pause and continue. I have never heard this on my car or heard of it before on an fc and it wasnt doing this before while I was messing with it.
There are alarm stickers on the windows that look like maybe factory? So maybe this is some sort of alarm that came on it or possibly aftermarket? I have no idea
