Spark plug Fouling issue??

This is probably the second set of sparks in the past 8 weeks I've replaced the plugs.
My car has a hard starting issue-takes [8 seconds of cranking 5-stop-3-catch-throttle-rev-idle....warmup]

Not sure what it is I'm looking at here but the leading plugs have some sort of brownish residue built up.

I would just like to know more about what it might be, any advice in any direction would be great! Thanks.

this pic is of Rotor 2 Leading plug, R1 is only 1/4 with residue like this

overdetonation? over cranking?

Yours look ike mines, but I was told they were fine. The hard start can be a lot of things Check/add/clean ground connections and replease spark plug wires if they are due. Check the battery voltage and coils.

That seems like a lot of carbon for only two months. How does the car run once started? How many miles? OMP or pre-mix? Stock heat range plugs? Engine modifications?

I forgot about that very short time. Mines had 2 years, about 10k miles on them.

The car runs okay I suppose, it has a buckling issue sometimes if I step on the throttle too quickly on 1st and 2nd, 211,xxx -250,xxx miles.

Still sorta new to stick so maybe clutch release is sooner and should slow.
Apparently the odometer/speedometer does not appear to be working, suppose its a broken cable.

Previous owner ran some premix to the point of a bit of blue smoke, itseemed.
I am running IDmtsu 1/2oz a Gal. no smoke upon start or run. Stock heat range plugs this is my second FC.

Cone filter upgrade.

It also has a high flow cat with RB header and Yexhaust. Koyo Rad. nothing else in particular in engine bay,
though I suspect the worst, my car does not run as fast as it could with the upgrades in place.

OMP is in place, gotta get around to checking it.

I have changed battery, sparks, plugs and cables. have not tested resistance on coils as per spec.
read up on Aaron Cakes Grounding procedure, cannot find my ecu grnd, have to remove uim.

Could it be my fuel pump is goin bad? starter even?

It seems after some research and physical observation under my car that I have an exhaust leak where the header meets the cat, but not after the cat to the Ypipe. I would presume that the O2 sensor is picking up a bit much and tells the ECU to make the car run rich. But now my PD is leaking and I have to take care of that too.
