Exclamation Someone please help

My 1988 rx7 will turn over but will not start, this i my first roto so i am clueless, im thinking its my fuel pump but i dont know where the fuel filter is or just how to see if my pump is pumping in general please help.

U need to buy a manual for your machine it will show you exactly where the filter is and should tell you how to use the fuel pump check plug or at least how to check fuel pump .. from what I gather the fuel pumps don't usually give problems..

start with the fuel pump, make sure its actually running, if it is, check the fuel filter in the tank, (looks like a sock attached to the bottom of fuel pump assembly) if thats good, move to the dr side fire wall in the engine bay and check the fuel filter there. If thats good and you have spark, then check the fuel injectors. You'll have to take the fuel injectors to a shop and have them tested. Thats where i would begin
