NC Should I buy this 13B and rebuild kit? I've been wanting to learn about the wankel

The add states the following...
"I'm selling a complete and torn down S4 13B with front, mid, rear plates and both rotor housings, both rotors, intake manifold, oil lines, and everything else including nuts, bolts, ect. Also included is a full rebuild kit. all gaskets, seals ect plus all new oil lines. The parts are from Mazda, Atkins Rotary and JMNR.. the kit has it all!! and to put the icing on the cake im throwing in a pineapple racing medium street port template. All for 700 obo. Possibly open to trades (depending on what you have) or trades plus cash. I have pics that i can text or email to you upon request."

I've been contemplating looking for a 13B just to take a part and try to learn from it, and just stumbled across this. Should I go for it? I was originally planning to buy a dummy motor just to turn bolts on and look at everything, but this one should be something that I could get running. I guess that if I did get it, I'd try to rebuild it, and then swap it into my FC. Would I be able to do this with just a Hanes manual? I guess that I'm asking whether or not this seems like something that I should take on.

Thanks!

Thanks, man! He says that everything is there, and I have pictures if you'd like to see to double check.
I did! But I still didn't catch what I did wrong. :/ Please inform me.
Basically my question was that I don't have any history working on 13b engines, but with patience and these videos, could I do it?
