Sheard lug studs

I just sheared off 4/5 of the lug studs on my vert yesterday while driving. I drove over 1000 miles since the last time the tire was removed. This is also the second time it's happened, the last time was the passenger front tire, this time the drivers front. Why is this happening?

Yikes that sucks. If a shop was the last one to touch your tires I would raise heck with them.

could be, I didn't use a torque wrench and I tightened them down pretty good but, they were loosening and backing off, i had to tighten them like that.
